Program description: ElevateOps uses SMS text messaging to continue direct, one-to-one conversations with people who have already given us their phone number, for example, to follow up on a quote request, confirm a walkthrough, or answer a question you raised with us. This is conversational customer communication, not marketing outreach or cold contact, and we do not add phone numbers to this program without the number's owner having first engaged with us directly.
